Intro: Blindspot

Blindspot is a book about implicit social cognition. It bridges academic work with popular science, which is one of the things I love about it. It brings research to regular people.

It's related to Project Implicit, which was founded in 1998 by three scientists – Tony Greenwald (University of Washington), Mahzarin Banaji (Harvard University), and Brian Nosek (University of Virginia)-- the highlighted wrote the book.

Have you taken the IAT? Many people who would call themselves not racist, not sexist, etc. are surprised by their results. This book absolutely gives us all something to think about.
